About the Treadmill: EquiFit Equine services, LLC offers the latest in Hydrotherapy with the addition of their 2007 Hydrohorse Hydrociser. A ground level water treadmill system, the hydrociser provides the means of far less traumatic conditioning and rehabilitation. The buoyant effect of the water (allowing up to 60% of the horses weight to be removed from his limbs) and increased limb movement due to water resistance, combine to offer a less concussive force to the limbs, therefore increasing muscle tone and minimizing injury. The Key Benefits: - Twelve foot treadmill allowing a horse to truly extend while working through the water resistance - Ability to keep horses fit in top performance condition without risk of injury from everyday ground work. - Ever-important mental break from the sane conditioning routines on the ground. - Horses do not swim in the treadmill, thus utilizing the same muscles, in a natural gate used in performance. - Allows horses to go back to work sooner after injury due to less concussion on healing limbs. - Therapeutically conditions injured horses quickly and safely. - Variable speed treadmill to tailor the workout program to your horses specific needs.
